1.
What does Agogus mean? In ancient Greece, an
Agogus was a slave who escorted a child to school. In
modern times, Agogus has come to mean a coach who enlightens
and inspires his students.
2. What is an "Agogi?"
As an Agogus subscriber, you are committed to learn
something new every day - to increase your mental fitness,
to make your conversation sparkle and socially charming.
We call our members "Agogi's" because we believe
your brain is the equivalent of a "walking school."
You are the student, and Agogus is your guide. And,
well, we just like the word "Agogi" - it's
so darn cute! (Say Ah-GO-gi).
3. Who is this “Agogus Coach” character?
He’s our mascot, Gus, the original “wise-guy” who helps
us take care of all his little “Agogi’s.” He is full
of energy and wit, and a fine example of how learning
can keep you fit. Plus, he has gifts for our subscribers
(no, he does not know Santa Claus). You have to watch
him carefully though, as you never know what he’ll say
or do…
4.
What is the “Fitness Club for the Mind"? The
brain is like a muscle, and just like your body, if
you don’t use it, you lose it. Studies show that learning
new things helps stimulate new neural connections in
the brain, increasing your mental fitness. Our service
provides games, exercises and content drawn from today’s
hot topics, to help you learn, and have fun too.
5.
Why do you ask for my personal info? To better
serve you and fine-tune our content. You can feel safe
sharing your personal info with us. See our Privacy
Policy.
6. Is "Mental Fitness" as
important as people say? Absolutely! As Dr. Gary
Small, director of the UCLA Center on Aging says "The
fact is that we're living longer, but what's the good
of making it to 110 if you don't have your mental faculties?
7.
Why is the subscription so inexpensive? We want
everyone, regardless of income, to have a healthy life.
Once you subscribe, you'll tell your friends how much
progress you've made and how great you feel.

30 minutes per week will be enough to get a mental workout?

on our market research, most people felt 30 minutes
was enough to read our weekly content.
12. How does the Agogus method
work? We believe that if you consistently learn
1 topic per week (for an average 30 minutes of your
time), you will over 3 months, 6 months, a year, see
significant results in your mental fitness, in an easy
and fun way.
13. Can I learn more than 1 topic
a week? Absolutely. We encourage you to at least
consistently learn 1 topic per week to see true results.
But if your time and motivation allow it, feel free
