Good Mental Attitude

Life, on the whole, should be a fun and optimistic experience.

Adopt an optimistic attitude toward life.
Go on – get out of here! Oh, and that reminds me - take your vacation and sick time people! So many Americans “forget” to do this.
Stop worrying about being forgetful: Relax. If you forget something, say cheerfully, "Well, that was pretty odd!" Know that you've remembered nine things and forgotten one. Such awareness creates a positive space in your mind for encoding and storing data more efficiently.
Laugh a lot. It softens many difficult moments.
Seesaw away. Try to have balance in your life. You have to do what you really truly love. Find more time for yourself and don’t be afraid to say “no.”

If your memory loss or forgetfulness is starting to affect your daily life, see your doctor.
