Brain Exercise

Specialists agree that exercising your brain is as crucial as exercising your body.
So how do you workout your brain? Very simple:

Continue to learn everyday: Read, stay informed with what's going on in the world.
Challenge yourself: Learn to play a musical instrument; start a new hobby, such as crafts, painting or take a class in something you're interested in; learn a foreign language; write a memoir.
Play: Mental games such as Scrabble, cards, chess or checkers; or do crosswords, Sudoku and jigsaw puzzles.
Try Neurobics: Stimulate your senses by doing familiar things in unfamiliar ways to disrupt your mindless routines and get your brain ticking again.
Try video brain games: These video games get you to think, such as Nintendo’s Brain Age and Brain Academy.
